There are two available hotel options. The Renaissance Arlington Capital View is the meeting hotel, and the Residence Inn Capital View is connected to the Renaissance. A variety of room types and rates are available. Click here to view rates and room types for both properties.

UPMA rates are available until February 1, 2027 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. A one-night deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is refundable for cancellations received no later than January 15, 2027. Starting January 16, 2027, refunds are not available.

For both hotels, check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Guests booking in the UPMA block will receive the discounted self-parking rate of $30 + tax per night per car (standard rate is $49) or valet parking at $54* + tax per night per car. (*Rate is as of 9/1/2026; subject to change.)

A complimentary shuttle is available from Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), daily between 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
To locate the shuttle, look for a large vehicle with logos for both properties (Renaissance, Residence Inn) along the side windows of the vehicle. The hotel names will also be visible above the front cab of the shuttle bus. The shuttle operates continuously every day during the designated times, so they do not need to be reserved/scheduled/requested. Note: The shuttle does not service BWI or IAD.

Route to DCA for drop-off:
Renaissance (approx. 5 after and 35 after the hour)
Residence Inn (approx. 10 after and 40 after the hour)
Drop off at DCA is on the upper level at departures
Pick up at DCA is on the lower level at arrivals
The shuttle stops at Terminal A and B.
