As I have indicated previously we have been waiting for some time for these items regarding NPA for Fiscal Year 2021 to be released and now we have them.

The below is all the information that I received from Postal Service Headquarters regarding the 2021 NPA Indicators and the new ten cell matrix that will be used.   On some of these items I know that there are going to be a number of questions regarding how does this affect my office and how will it impact me this Fiscal Year.   At this point I have been told by USPS HQ that there will be much more information coming to the field that should explain what some of the items are and how does it pertain to you in your day to day position.   I am sure that there will be a lot of questions on the “Functional Effectiveness” component and that is one that Headquarters will be explaining in ongoing correspondence.

Is this a perfect system, absolutely not, but it is the system that we currently have and we are in consultation with USPS representatives to address a number of the concerns that we have and the timing of this roll out this late in the year.    As I have more information I will be sure to share that with you.
