So that all of you would have a reference point for the information regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) we wanted to post the information that we have received from Postal Service Headquarters here on the website as a reference for all of you.     If there is additional information that we receive along the way, we will do our best to make sure that we continue to update as necessary.

One thing that you need to keep in mind is that the act applies to EVERYONE in the Postal Service.    As Postmasters, Managers and Supervisors you are entitled to all the provisions of the act as well as the people that work for you.   Also, we have been assured that the act applies to PMR’s as well as all other career and non-career employees.  

If at any time you have questions on the Act I would encourage you to reach out to your District Human Resources Department to get those answers.
