2023 Membership Chapter Goals

Active EAS Membership Contest January 1st through December 31st, 2023

The National Membership Team has given every UPMA Chapter Active EAS recruitment goals based on  20% of their potential Postmaster members (Positions-Members), plus an additional 12% of the gap between their actual and potential EAS in operation positions as of January 1^st, 2023. No goal is less than 10 or 10% or greater than 30%.

Two Examples:

All Chapters will compete against each other based on percentage to goal.

1st place $1500 and Eagle Award

2nd place $1000

3rd place $500

The four “Postal” Areas will also compete against each other based on percentage to area goals. The winning Area will receive $1 for every one of its active members as of December 31st, 2023.

Associate Member Contest

The National Membership Team has given every UPMA Chapter Associate recruitment goals based on  10% of the Total Potential Postmasters in each Chapter, with a minimum of 10 and a cap of 50.

Two examples:

All Chapters will compete against each other based on percentage to goal.

1st place $1000

2nd place $750

3rd place $500

The four “Postal” Areas will also compete against each other based on percentage to area goals. The winning Area will receive $1 for every one of its active members as of December 31st, 2023.
