UPMA National Executive Board Announces Dates for 2020 National Convention

On Monday, September 14, 2020 the UPMA National Executive Board passed a motion to set the dates for the 2020 National Convention for October 28th, 29th and 30th  in St. Louis, Missouri.    Those attending will arrive in St. Louis on Wednesday the 28th.   With the convention taking place on Thursday the 29th and part of the day on Friday the 30th.

To adhere to CDC and the City of St. Louis guidelines that are in place at the present time, the attendance will be limited to up to two active members from a chapter, members of the National Executive Board, National Office staff and other guests as determined by the National President up to the maximum allowable for the space that is reserved which is 122.

All registrations will be handled by the National Office and must be submitted by the Chapter President.    Only those individuals registered and displaying a badge issued by the National Office will be allowed to enter the convention hall in St. Louis.    UPMA will be broadcasting the convention via ZOOM for any member who wishes to view the proceedings from another location.   However, only those registered as one of the two active members whose names have been submitted by the Chapter President will be allowed to address the convention if they choose to attend via ZOOM.

There will be no onsite registration, all registrations must be submitted by the Chapter Presidents by 2 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.    Further information will be shared with those registered after the registrations have been received.    The ZOOM information will be provided to the chapter presidents and posted on our website as soon as that information becomes available from the company providing those services.
