The NPA Scores have been posted. The Postal Service has not provided the Mitigation dates yet. Once the dates are determined you will have 6 days to submit your mitigating factors request. UPMA has a Unit Mitigation Process Overview presentation for members on the UPMA Learning Center, presented by UPMA Vice President Wayne Francis. Click the following link to enter the UPMA Learning Center for the presentation video. You will be prompted for your UPMA Member number to view the training presentation.
