UPMA Surveys

Over the past several months, UPMA has received multiple complaints concerning the number of hours Postmasters and Managers are being required to work. The complaints range from the number of hours in a day to the number of days required per week. The reasoning behind each complaint varies from office to office and from district to district; thus, we have decided to send out a survey to help UPMA assess the severity of the issue and determine a course of action.
