UPMA Remembers the Loss of Two Dublin Ohio Postal Managers

Posted by Bob Levi on 12/29/17
As co-presidents of the United Postmasters and Managers of America, we pause in our holiday celebrations to mourn the loss of two of our own, Ginger Ballard, Postmaster of Dublin, OH, and Lance Herrera-Dempsey, who were killed on December 23, 2017. These individuals were allegedly killed by an employee. We trust that federal and local law enforcement authorities will conduct a thorough investigation of these murders and ensure that justice is served. We offer our heartfelt sympathies to the Ballard and Herrera-Dempsey families and pray that their loved ones’ memories will be a blessing.
