UNIT LEVEL MITAGATION PROCESS NOW OPEN

The FY 2017 NPA End-of-Year report cards were published on November 16, 2017.  The Performance Evaluation System (PES) will open today (11-17-17) to start the process for requesting and reviewing consideration for a unit level mitigating factor.

The timeline for Postmaster/Unit Installation Head submission into PES is seven days and must be submitted by Wednesday, November 22, 2017. It is imperative to submit all request and required responses in a timely manner.

Any questions concerning the mitigating process should be directed to your manager or your local Manager of Human resources.
